The star of our restaurant is horumon (offal), for which we are uncompromising about freshness. We highlight the individual character of each diverse cut and sear them quickly over charcoal so the outside becomes pleasantly crisp while the inside stays juicy. We offer two ways to enjoy them: richly flavored with our special sauce or simply seasoned with salt to subtly bring out the natural taste of the ingredients.
